With a career marked by work in agencies such as the Port Authority, Maritime Court, Labor Court, Public Prosecutor’s Office, Anvisa, Ibama, and unions, Cid specializes in labor issues related to accidents and occupational diseases, contracts, terminations, inspection, and collective bargaining, with an emphasis on the maritime sector.
Among the topics he follows with the greatest interest are the safety and health of seafarers, accident claims, compliance, and labor issues. As a partner, he will lead the labor practice with a focus on the maritime sector, working on highly complex cases, collective bargaining, and preventive consulting.
