Two firms advise on the acquisition of Finor by Artefact

Cosentino Miotto Advogados and Zavagna Gralha Advogados acted in the transaction in which Artefact, a global provider of data and artificial intelligence (AI) consulting services, acquired Finor, a Brazilian company specializing in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

The transaction was conducted through Artefact’s Brazilian subsidiary.

Zavagna Gralha Advogados advised Finor and relied on partners Michel Zavagna Gralha (pictured left), Giorgio Blessmann Milano, and Marcelo Ramos Leite.

Cosentino Miotto Advogados advised Artefact and relied on partners Adriano Cosentino (pictured center), Daniel Miotto (pictured right), and lawyer Anna Ortona.
