Demarest advises Exame on Saint Paul Business School deal

Demarest advised Exame on the structuring of the undergraduate Business Administration program of “Faculdade Saint Paul” through the acquisition of Faculdade Lumina, a higher education institution maintained by Legale Educacional.

Exame is part of the BTG Pactual group and already offers postgraduate courses through Faculdade Saint Paul. The purpose of the transaction was to acquire Faculdade Lumina and transform it into Exame’s new college which will offer undergraduate programs, particularly Business Administration.
