Feijó Lopes advises Harbour Capital on FIDC public offering
Feijó Lopes Advogados advised on the public offering of quotas of the Royal Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios – Crédito Corporativo (FIDC).
The offering was made under CVM 160. The fund has an authorized capital of BRL 100 million.
The proceeds will be used to acquire credit rights in the industrial, commercial and service segments, linked to the electric motors sector and supply chain, represented by duplicates, credit notes, contracts, credit titles, electronic invoices, royalty contracts, among others.
Feijó Lopes advised the fund manager Harbour Capital and relied on partner Lúcio Feijó Lopes (pictured), senior associate Andréa de Freitas and junior associate Gabriella Moita.
