Toledo Marchetti Advogados presented the “TM Methodology,” an exclusive legal practice model that systematizes two decades of practical experience in large projects and inaugurates a new standard of delivery for clients in Brazil and abroad.
More than just a set of tools, it is a work philosophy structured around clear, replicable, and integrated processes. Its goal is to align legal strategy with the specific demands of each phase of an infrastructure project, reducing risks, promoting contractual efficiency, and ensuring the preservation of asset value throughout the entire life cycle—from initial development to full operation.
According to Leonardo Toledo (pictured), a partner at the firm, the inspiration came from sector specialization: “The insight that led to the creation of the TM Methodology is linked to our almost obsessive focus on the infrastructure and capital projects sector.
