Cescon Barrieu advises on HCS Vela I credit fund offering
Cescon Barrieu advised HCS Group and Vórtx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários on the public offering of quotas of the 2nd issuance of the single class shares of the FIM HCS Vela I Fundo de Investimento Financeiro Multimercado em Cotas de Fundos de Crédito Privado, in the total amount of BRL 36,600,000.00, under CVM 160.
The offering was conducted with the coordination of Vórtx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as lead underwriter of the offering.
