Cascione expands areas and introduces new partner
Cascione Advogados expands its practice in the areas of banking law, capital markets, and investment funds with the arrival of Celso Contin (pictured), a professional with over twenty years of experience in the field, who joins the firm.
The goal is to strengthen the financial area, which now has four partners specializing in securities offerings—including IPOs and follow-ons—securitizations, structured investment funds, and domestic and international banking transactions.
A graduate of the University of São Paulo Law School, with an LL.M. in International Financial Law from King’s College London, Celso has always stood out for his empathy and the close and personalized way in which he deals with the interests of his domestic and international clients. He will be based in São Paulo.
