Miranda & Amado advises on BCP’s USD 500 million notes issuance
Miranda & Amado has represented BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co, J.P. Morgan Securities, and Santander US Capital Markets as structurers in connection with the issuance by Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) of its 5.650% Subordinated Notes due 2037, for a total principal amount of USD 500,000,000.
The notes were issued under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co, J.P. Morgan Securities, and Santander US Capital Markets acted as joint structurers in the transaction. The deal closed on October 15, 2025.
