Demarest advises Velotax on its Series A equity financing round

Demarest advised Velotax, a Brazilian startup that offers solutions to simplify the calculation of taxes and the filing of the annual income tax return and to anticipate the refund, on its Series A equity financing round, which has just raised R$125 million.

QED Investors, Valor Capital, and Picus Capital participated in the round.

Demarest relied on partners Joao Busin (pictured left) and Juliana Maluf (pictured right), associates Barbara Queiroz and Pedro Vecci. Foley & Lardner also advised Velotax.
