Lefosse acts on AZQIR – Infra-Yield VII FIP-IE structuring
Lefosse has acted as deal counsel providing legal advice to AZ Quest Infra, BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros and BTG Pactual Investment Banking on connection with the structuring and formation of AZ Quest Infra Renda – Infra-Yield VII Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura, as well as the initial public offering (IPO) of the fund’s quotas.
The initial offering, raised BRL 311,765,800.00, and reached 4,988 qualified investors. The fund was structured with the purpose of investing in infrastructure projects.
