Mattos Filho advises Energo-Pro on the acquisition of CEBI
Mattos Filho advised Energo-Pro, thought the Czech company DK Holding Investments, on the execution of a definitive purchase and sale agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the equity interest in Consórcio Empreendedor Baixo Iguaçu (CEBI), for a total purchase price of BRL 1,683.3 million, and in the negotiation of an O&M Agreement for operation and maintenance services for the project.
Energo-Pro is a global player in the field of hydropower, operating 53 hydropower plants in 5 countries and operating 2 distribution networks in Bulgaria and Georgia.
