Arechavala Advogados announced the addition of Felipe Banwell Ayres (pictured) to its team of partners.

With over 10 years of professional experience, mostly working in large law firms, Felipe has extensive experience in civil litigation and will join the Civil Law team.

Author of dozens of academic articles, he holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree (Real Estate Law) from PUC/RIO. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil Law and Contemporary Practice at the same institution.

In addition, he is Director of the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law (IBRADIM) and a member of the Condominium Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/RJ).
