FLH advise Synergy Flavors on the acquisition of Solutaste

Franco Leutewiler Henriques advised Synergy Flavors (Carbery Group), a global leader in the flavors and ingredients sector headquartered in Ireland, on the acquisition of Solutaste, a Brazilian company specialized in flavor solutions for food and beverage applications.

The transaction strengthens Synergy’s strategy of expansion and market consolidation in Latin America, enhancing its innovation capabilities and presence in the rapidly growing Brazilian flavors and ingredients market.
