Massud, Sarcedo, Andrade e Hachul has a new name partner

Massud, Sarcedo e Andrade has just announced the addition of Renato Losinskas Hachul (pictured) as a new name partner. As a result, the firm adopts a new brand and will now be called Massud, Sarcedo, Andrade e Hachul Sociedade de Advogados.

A specialist in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from PUC-SP and with a postgraduate degree in Economic and European Criminal Law from the University of Coimbra (Portugal), Renato Hachul is the author of articles on criminal law and criminal procedure and was a member of the Economic Criminal Law Commission and the Nucleus for Combating the Criminalization of the Legal Profession of the Permanent Commission on Human Rights of the OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association). Hachul has already worked at the firm for 12 years.
