Dias Carneiro advises on Império Móveis e Eletro’s NCs issuance

Dias Carneiro Advogados advised on the public offering of the second issue of commercial notes (NCs) by Império Móveis e Eletro, a Brazilian retail company focused on the sale of furniture, appliances, electronics, and technology products.

The transaction was carried out in a single tranche, totaling BRL 50 million.

Dias Carneiro Advogados advised UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Império Móveis e Eletro and was represented by partner Victor Henrique Baptistin (pictured) and associates Michele Cazemiro Cristofoli and Vitória Magno Lucindo Mazetto Bianchi Costa.
