Dias Carneiro advises Atlas Copco on the acquisition of MKG

Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Atlas Copco Brazil on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of MKG Equipamentos, a Brazilian company specializing in the development and manufacture of industrial filtration solutions for production processes.

Dias Carneiro was represented by M&A partner Artur Fernandes Andrezo (pictured), with the support of associates Max Ide Hasimoto, Marina Coelho de Camargo Penteado, and Lara Gomes Padula.

RKC Advogados advised MKG Equipamentos, led by partner Alessandra El Kobbi Klinovski.
