FLH advises on the sale of EcoVital to Veolia

FLH Advogados advised Vital Ambiental (a company of the Queiroz Galvão Group), one of the largest waste management companies in Brazil and Latin America, on the sale of EcoVital, a company specialized in the thermal treatment of hazardous industrial waste and owner of one of the largest and most advanced incineration facilities in Latin America, to Grupo Veolia, the French multinational and global leader in integrated water, waste, and energy management, which was advised by Toledo Marchetti.

The transaction strengthens Veolia’s expansion and market consolidation strategy in Brazil and reinforces the company’s presence in a niche of high technical and regulatory complexity.
