Veirano Advogados acted as deal counsel in the public offering of quotas of the 2nd issuance of Green Rock Health II Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia Responsabilidade Limitada, a private equity investment fund, managed by Green Rock Gestão de Recursos, in the amount of BRL 44,9 million.

BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros acted as lead underwriter.
