Cescon Barrieu advised Riza Direct Lending Gestora de Recursos and BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários on connection with the primary public offering of units of the 1st issuance of Riza Traktos Real Estate Investment Fund – Limited Liability, in the amount of BRL188,365,200.00, carried out under the automatic registration procedure pursuant to CVM Resolution 160.
