Bocater advises Valia on the sale of 50% of a corporate building
Bocater Advogados advised Valia, a pension fund whose main sponsor is Vale, on the sale of its stake in the Continental Towers corporate building, which is part of the Cidade Jardim Corporate Center complex in São Paulo.
Valia owned 50% of the building, and the transaction resulted in a BRL 260 million reduction in the entity’s real estate portfolio.
Bocater Advogados relied on partners Isabel Bocater, João Laudo de Camargo, and Matheus Corredato Rossi (pictured from left to right), as well as associate Luiz Matheus Pompeu.
Dalo e Tognotti Advogados advised the buyers.
