Tofic Advogados announced the promotion of Gustavo Neno Altman (pictured) to the position of partner, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to technical excellence, talent development, and the continuity of its strategic practice in corporate criminal law.
With a solid track record in criminal law, Gustavo has been part of the Tofic Advogados team since 2019 and has distinguished himself for his work on highly complex cases with national repercussions, especially in investigations and litigation involving financial crimes, corruption, money laundering, and corporate criminal liability.
Gustavo holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a master’s degree in Criminal Law from the University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University in Spain.
