CGM Advogados advises on Engibras commercial paper issuance
CGM Advogados advised on the structuring and execution of Engibras Engenharia‘s first issuance of book-entry commercial notes, totaling BRL 10 million. Banco Luso Brasileiro acted as guarantor and holder of the commercial notes, while ID Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as bookkeeper and registration agent for the transaction.
The proceeds from this transaction will be used entirely to replenish Engibras’ working capital.
