Demarest advises on the acquisition of Panamericana by ESPM
Demarest advised Associacao Escola Superior de Propaganda E Marketing – ESPM on the execution of a binding agreement related to the acquisition of the educational operations of Escola Panamericana de Arte, which will be renamed ESPM/Panamericana.
The closing is subject to the fulfillment of certain customary conditions precedent for this type of transaction.
