Lobo de Rizzo and KLA advise on TOTVS acquisition of Suri
KLA Advogados advised Suri‘s shareholders on the sale of 100% of the company to TOTVS, playing a key role in conducting the process and ensuring a well-structured and strategic transaction. Lobo de Rizzo assisted TOTVS through its subsidiary TOTVS Large Enterprise Tecnologia.
