Demarest advised, acting as deal counsel, Opea Securitizadora, as issuer, and Cahima Empreendimentos Imobiliários e Participações, as assignor, on the public offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) of the 527th issuance by Opea Securitizadora, according to CVM 160, totaling BRL 31,500,000.00.
The CRIs are backed by real estate receivables assigned by Cahima Empreendimentos Imobiliários e Participações, arising from the right to receive proceeds from the sale of certain properties owned by Cahima Empreendimentos Imobiliários e Participações.
