Freitas Ferraz and FAS advise on the acquisition of CAF by Longati
Freitas Ferraz Advogados advised Longati Capital Holding, a search fund focused on acquiring and managing Brazilian mid-market companies, on the acquisition of 85% equity stake in CAF Máquinas Indústria, a company renowned since its founding in 1948 for developing high-quality, reliable equipment for the food processing sector.
The deal price is confidential.
