Chilean HD Legal Names Soledad Marín Director of Real Estate, Engineering & Construction
HD Legal has announced the appointment of Soledad Marín Ortúzar (pictured) as director of its Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction practice, recognizing her outstanding professional trajectory and leadership.
Marín brings more than 12 years of experience in corporate, real estate, and business law, leading daily advisory services and legal management for companies and real estate developers, and supporting the development of their businesses and projects. Her expertise in real estate law, urban planning regulations, construction, and project financing has been instrumental in multiple complex transactions.
She joined HD Legal in 2024 as a senior associate in the Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction area, and as of December 2025 now assumes the role of director, where she will focus on strengthening the firm’s strategic legal advisory capabilities.
Beyond her institutional role, Marín is the founder of Women in Real Estate (WRE), the first network in Chile dedicated to women lawyers specializing in real estate, urban planning, construction, regulation, and project finance. WRE aims to showcase, connect, and elevate female talent in the real estate sector, promoting collaboration, leadership, and professional development among women in the field.
Marín holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is recognized in the Best Lawyers ranking in the Real Estate Law category.
