Cescon Barrieu advised Huma Capital and Vórtx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários on the public offering of units of the 1st issuance of the subclass A and the subclass B of the HCO Logistics Opps I Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Responsabilidade Limitada, in the amount of BRL 50,045,000.00, carried out under the automatic registration procedure pursuant to CVM 160.
