Mattos Filho and Lefosse advise on Rumo debenture issuance
Mattos Filho and Lefosse advised on the 18th issuance of non-convertible debentures, in four series, of Rumo, in the total amount of BRL 2 billion, for public distribution, pursuant to CVM 160, as amend and other applicable law and regulation.
The totality of the net proceeds raised by the issuer through the issuance will be used for investments in, the infrastructure investment project in the transport and logistics area in the railway sector of Rumo.
