Porto Lauand Advogados announces two new partners
Porto Lauand Advogados has promoted two of its coordinating attorneys to partners: Litza Maria Vasconcellos Santos de Mello (pictured left) and Rocco Cecilio Castanho Dias (pictured right). This move represents a strategy of sustainable growth for the firm, as well as an investment in internal talent development and ongoing efforts to ensure the highest standard of client service.
Litza, a specialist in Labor Law, has been part of Porto Lauand’s team for nearly a decade and brings more than 20 years of experience in the legal market. She holds a law degree from the University of Alfenas School of Law (UNIFENAS) and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Procedure from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). Her practice is focused on litigation prevention, due diligence processes, strategic matters before the Judiciary and the Labor Public Prosecutor’s Office, as well as providing tailored guidance and solutions for each matter and advising human resources departments, among other areas.
Rocco, in turn, is a tax attorney with extensive expertise and a practice focused on the analysis, planning, and management of tax matters, always strategically aligned with clients’ needs and objectives. He holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), an academic background that reinforces his dedication to strengthening the firm’s tax practice.
