Lefosse advises on the issuance of commercial notes by Bemol
Lefosse acted as deal counsel on the 4th issuance of commercial notes in a single series,
in the total amount of BRL 175 million of Bemol, for public offering, exclusively to professional investors, pursuant to CVM 160.
The offering was coordinated by Banco Bradesco BBI, as lead underwriter. The net proceeds obtained by the issuer from the issuance will be used entirely to strengthen the Issuer’s cash position.
