The transaction represents a strategic acquisition for Grupo Med4U, strengthening its oncology platform and expanding its geographic presence, particularly in the state of Santa Catarina. Santé Cancer Center is a well-established oncology clinic, recognized for its technical excellence, humanized care, and commitment to comprehensive cancer treatment.
