Three firms advise on the acquisition of three clinics by One Fertility
FAS Advogados advised One Fertility on the acquisition of three reproductive medicine clinics, under an innovative transaction structure. Demarest Advogados and Naia Capital advised BIOS Medicina Reprodutiva; CEFERP – Centro de Fertilização de Ribeirão Preto and Monteleone Centro de Reprodução Humana.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
