Lefosse advises on the issuance of commercial notes of Ankora
Lefosse acted as deal counsel on the 1st issuance of commercial notes in single series, of Ankora Comercial, in the total amount of BRL 110 million, coordinated by Banco Bradesco BBI acting as lead underwriter, pursuant to CVM 160. The net proceeds raised through the issuance will be used by the issuer to build new stores.
