BMA advises Tradener on commercial paper issuance
BMA acted as deal counsel on the 2nd issuance of commercial notes for public distribution, under the automatic distribution registration procedure, by Tradener, in the total amount of BRL 92 million.
The proceeds raised by the company from the issuance will be used for the full early redemption of the company’s 1st issuance of book-entry commercial notes; the prepayment of a working capital facility; and general corporate purposes. UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as the lead underwriter of the transaction.
