Cescon Barrieu advised XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and NE Logistic Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Responsabilidade Limitada in connection with the 566th issuance, in a single class and single series, of Certificates of Real Estate (CRI), issued by Opea Securitizadora, backed by real estate credits owed by Golgi Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII – Responsabilidade Limitada, in the total amount of BRL 125,500,000.00, according to CVM 160.
