Demarest and Cescon Barrieu advise on CRI backed by Direcional
Demarest advised Direcional Engenharia, Cescon Barrieu advised XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, in the public distribution offering of Certificates of Real Estate (CRI), issued by Riza Securitizadora (new denomination of Virgo), backed by real estate credit rights, assigned by certain companies in Direcional Engenharia’s economic group, in the total amount of BRL 257.900.000,00, according to CVM 160.
The offering had a challenging and complex structure of CRI by origin, due to the short timeframe for completion and the large number of assignors and enterprises involved, distributed across several cities in different regions of Brazil.
