Pinheiro Guimarães and Mattos Filho advise on Proparco deal
Pinheiro Guimarães and Mattos Filho advised on the indirect investment by Société de Promotion Et De Participation Pour La Coopération Economique (Proparco) in Combio Energia, by means of the secondary acquisition of 28.57% of the quotas issued by Lightrock Latam Biomass Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia, previously held by Lightrock Latam Fund II Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia – Investimento no Exterior; and a subscription of 28.57% of the quotas of the second issuance of New FIP, to be paid in local currency.
The total amount of the acquisition and investment made by Proparco in New FIP is approximately R$ 55,171,335.80.
