KLA and Madrona act on Tellus’ acquisition of a stake in Top Center

KLA Advogados advised on Tellus Properties Real Estate Investment Fund on the acquisition of Top Center FII the office tower and a 70% stake in the parking facility of the Top Center complex on Avenida Paulista, São Paulo, for BRL 167.43 million.

Tellus was advised by KLA Advogados, with partners Rodrigo Pontes (pictured left) and Livia Siviero Huh and associate Valnan Claret.

Gazit, manager of Top Center FII, was advised by Madrona Advogados, led by partner Gustavo Maia (pictured right) and associates Matheus Pedrosa Hipólito and Ricardo da Silva Sé.
