Lefosse advises on Pague Menos commercial notes issuance
Lefosse acted as deal counsel on the 5th issuance of commercial notes, in a single series, of Pague Menos, in the total amount of BRL 200 million, pursuant to CVM 160.
The commercial notes were offered exclusively to professional investors. The net proceeds raised through the issuance will be entirely allocated to liability management through the full repayment of principal and interest under the company’s 3rd issuance of commercial notes.
