Bocater Advogados announces new counsel

Bocater Advogados has announced the arrival of Luiz Felipe Monteiro Seixas (pictured) as a counsel.

Luiz focuses on Regulatory Law and Competition Law and has over 10 years of experience in regulatory analysis, regulatory governance, and assessment of regulatory, economic, and competitive impacts, advising companies, private associations, and public agencies on the formulation, evaluation, and defense of regulatory and competitive strategies.

Luiz completed a postdoctoral degree in Regulatory Law at FGV Direito Rio, an MBA in Governance and Regulatory Control at Enap, a doctorate in Law at UFPE, and a master’s degree at UFRN.
