Dias Carneiro advises Carrefour on the sale of Atacadão stores

Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Carrefour Brasil Group on the sale of seven Atacadão stores to TRX Real Estate FII, a real estate fund managed by TRX Gestora de Recursos, for R$ 297.2 million.

The transaction required a multifaceted approach as it involved distinct corporate and real estate issues in the sale of the operating stores, with the preservation of business continuity through an atypical lease structure, in the form of a sale-leaseback.
