Machado Meyer advises PSP on minority stake in Citrosuco
Machado Meyer advised PSP Investments, a Canadian pension fund, on the acquisition of a minority stake in Citrosuco Agroindústria, one of the world’s largest orange juice producers and exporters, which was advised by Trench Rossi Watanabe.
