Pérez-Llorca México represents Gentherm on Mexican law aspects of US$1B Modine deal
Pérez-Llorca México has advised Gentherm, a global market leader in thermal management and pneumatic comfort technologies, on the Mexican law aspects of its announced business combination with Modine’s performance technologies business.
Under the transaction, Modine, a diversified global provider of thermal management technologies and solutions, will spin off its performance technologies division and simultaneously combine it with Gentherm.
The deal values the transaction at approximately US$1.0 billion. On a pro forma basis, the combined company is expected to generate revenues of around US$2.6 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
