BVZ Advogados promotes new partners

BVZ Advogados announced the promotion of Fábio Percegoni de Andrade (pictured left) and Gustavo Deucher Brollo (pictured right) to its partnership.

With a distinguished practice in insolvency, litigation, arbitration and distressed M&A, Fábio Percegoni de Andrade has solid experience advising companies in bankruptcy, judicial and out-of-court restructuring proceedings, as well as in transactions involving distressed assets, complex disputes and corporate restructuring scenarios. He holds an LL.B. from PUC-SP, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from FGV Direito SP, and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School.

Gustavo Deucher Brollo focuses his practice on M&A, advising domestic and international clients on highly complex corporate transactions, national and cross-border reorganizations, the structuring of corporate governance models — including succession projects for family-owned businesses — as well as the negotiation and drafting of sophisticated commercial agreements. He holds an LL.B. from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, a specialization in Corporate Law from FGV Direito SP, and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from PUC-SP.
