Lefosse advises AZ Quest on the structuring of infrastructure funds
Lefosse has advised AZ Quest Infra on the structuring and incorporation of AZ Quest Debêntures Incentivadas 01/2032 Fundo de Investimento em Cotas de Fundos Incentivados de Investimento em Infraestrutura Renda Fixa Responsabilidade Limitada (AZDI11) and of AZ Quest Debêntures Incentivadas Feeder Fundo de Investimento em Cotas de Fundos Incentivados de Investimento em Infraestrutura Renda Fixa Responsabilidade Limitada, as well as in connection with the public offering for the distribution of the shares of each fund.
Both offerings were distributed by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, which was assisted by Stocche Forbes Advogados.
The structure comprises the investment by AZ Quest Debêntures Incentivadas 01/2032 in senior shares issued by AZ Quest Debêntures Incentivadas Feeder, which in turn will invest in other master funds that invest in infrastructure assets.
The AZDI11 offering reached BRL200 million.
