Cescon advises Seara on acquisition of rural assets
Cescon advised Seara Alimentos on the acquisition of agricultural assets held by Céu Azul, specifically two rural properties, including their facilities and equipment, located in Ipiguá (SP) and Guapiaçu (SP), one focused on the production of fertile eggs and the other on broiler chickens.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
Cescon Barrieu relied on partners Maria Cristina Cescon, Leandro Tavares Corrêa and Vinicius da Silva Martins, associates José Freire Murad and Gabriela Ribeiro.
