Carlos Alberto has built a solid track record at large multinational companies, such as Walmart Brasil and CVS Health Inc./Drogaria Onofre, where he served as General Counsel. Throughout his career, he has also led the areas of Compliance, Real Estate and Regulatory, Corporate Governance, and Government Relations.
A specialist in the structuring and strategic management of legal departments, he has extensive experience in M&A transactions, real estate structuring, regulatory support for new businesses, institutional dialogue with public agencies, and the implementation of integrity and governance programs, always with a focus on efficiency, risk mitigation, and sustainable value creation.
