Lefosse advised AZ Quest, Stocche Forbes advised XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, on the public offering of the 1st (first) issuance of shares by AZ Quest Debêntures Incentivadas Feeder Fundo de Investimento em Cotas de Fundos de Investimento em Infraestrutura Renda Fixa Responsabilidade Limitada, in the total amount of BRL 228.571.400,00.
