Stocche Forbes advises on Lwart’s commercial notes issue
Stocche Forbes acted as deal counsel in the 1st issuance of commercial notes, unsecured, in single series, for public distribution, under the rite of automatic distribution registration, of Lwart Participações e Empreendimentos.
The commercial notes, were issued in accordance with CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 50 million.
